According to TMZ, things 'get physical' when Mattingly gets out of the elevator. The footage shows Garrison grabbing Mattingly's arm with his hand and then seeming to slap her face with the other hand. But Garrison is said to have told police that Ashley had grabbed his cell phone and the video actually shows him reaching to grab his phone back.
There are a few more seconds of struggling before the actor runs out of the building. The website alleges that Garrison, threw his ex-girlfriend's mobile phone into the street and then left the premises. Garrison is scheduled for a July 11 court hearing in the domestic violence case. Latest arrest: Garrison was booked in Beverly Hills after what was reported to be an explosive argument between the pair. The incident was poor timing for the actor, according to his attorney.
