In terms of the process, we keep you up to date along the way. You will receive an email containing the delivery address and phone number, and the date the truck is collecting your shed. When the truck has got your shed, we send you a tracking code to keep tabs of where the truck is. And when it arrives at the depot, you get a message to let you know it is ready for pickup.

For home delivery option, you get a call to arrange a suitable time to deliver your shed to your specified address. If you would like your delivery left in a certain secure place, let us know in the comments and we can pass this information on to the driver.
