The short answer is: Yes. You can have multiple roles detailing specific duties and responsibilities that contribute to an overall project result or deliverable. The efficient execution of multiple Responsible roles is the tricky part. RACI charts are not only outdated technology, they actually reinforce the wrong kinds of organizational behavior. RACI is an acronym derived from the four key responsibilities most typically used: responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. Great project managers understand that, and their behaviours demonstrate this. RACI should not be too detailed as it is a management tool for decision making and roles clarification. High level activities should be listed there. Responsible: person who performs an activity or does the work.

Consulted: person that needs to feedback and contribute to the activity. Informed: person that needs to know of the decision or action. RACI is a popular model used to clearly identify project roles and responsibilities.

For each task, an individual or group is assigned one or more of the four types of association. When individuals are accountable, they understand and accept the consequences of their actions for the areas in which they assume responsibility.

The definition of desperate is something sad or hopeless, or a feeling of really wanting something or of trying really hard to make something happen. An example of desperate is the feeling of sadness and like you have no prospects in life. An example of desperate is the feeling when you really, really want a new car. It is OK to be desperate.
